Forms to be returned
Form 2_ Hotel booking - deadline has been extended till january 30th.
Form 1_ Players and non playing participants- return before March 15
Form 3_ Presidents Cup- return before March 17
Form 4_ Players- return before May 20
Form 5_ Hcp-Certificate - return before May 20
Form 6_ Airport Transfer - return before May 20
Form 7_ Electric trolley - return before May 15
Bookings will be confirmed by the golf course on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis so it is very important for the countries to make sure that you have received confirmation by Golf El Rompido in order to make the payments for the electric trolleys in advance later on. There are a total of 75 electric trolleys for both tournaments (Championship & Cup) since NO more than 75 units can be charged daily and there will be a few batteries as a back up in case there is an incident with any of the batteries. Finally, there will be 190 manual trolleys avaliable for the players FREE of charge.
